Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
